To be fair, all forms of media are propaganda tool. There's no such thing as putting values or transparency above the interests of the state. 

Then again, with the availability of social media and access to overseas media, it is becoming increasingly difficult for one party to monopolise the news.

No, I'm unhappy they are using tax money to push their political agenda. I don't mind them using their own party funds or political donations (in that case they should allow WP to play the same game too), but since I'm anti pap and my tax contribution is there, I don't want my money to go into their politics.

And state <=> pap. They are not the same.

During CB, they said can't do it I understand. When phase 3 start, still continue to deliver to mailbox yet charge the same. 

In mine case, they requested us to unlatch the mail box so that they could deliver to the mail box for a short period during CCB (really KNNBCCB). After that they resumed delivery to the doorstep.
