Drive an hour/week continuously is more than enough to charge battery

Only if it's one or two trips, not six trips of ten minutes.

I just fitted a new battery a couple of days ago, after 18months, because of such trips and Start-Stop tech that I left ON at the beginning, now not so much.

during CB last year received a message from an SE from a kind borneo SE suggesting that to prevent battery issues to run the car for minimum 15 minutes continuously with at least 70kmh .. running 15 min should be about 10km already ..

i make it a point to run at least 10km a week even if to no where .. ok i know not green but car battery die is worse problem 😊

So many unlinked cases still can open up?

At some point in the nearer future, we will fixate less on individual single digit cases.

Vaccination Data (as of 07 Jun 2021):

1st dose: 2,503,814 - 2nd dose: 1,888,253

So 45% of the entire population have started their vaccination & more than a third of Singapore is fully vaccinated. This week avg injections increased to 50,000/day.

Those are very respectable immunity numbers.

What we saw in Israel when the 1st jab hit around 40%  was a very clear break & sustained decrease in number of infections.

That's why I believe we're unlikely to see another "full" CB in this current pandemic.

And as we go towards 60-70% some of our current restrictions can surely be relaxed.

14 days after 2nd jab only consider fully vaccinated.
