Unlinked case is the main problem.  It will multiply.

@Blueray This is excellent follow through once the authority detected 2 or more new cases within a cluster within, the action is ;ike a open mobilisation practise which many countries can follow, of douse tom each their own protocols & culture differences.

Bearing in mind, the person with C-19 may not even know he/she has the virus can stay air-borned in air-conditioned malls/ complex and offices for couple of hours. Just stay home and stay away from crowded places at all times. It clearly shows the strains of virus, variants and mutation is still hovering ard, the least worries we have since many of us have taken 2 doses   . . . it won't be too serious, looking forward to take 3 doses by end dec/ or early /2022 [thumbsup]

However in our asian culture, flu is consider minor problem. Normally it is the norm to work thru a flu rather than take MC. In early phase of "new normal" I think we have to retrain our thinking that flu is take MC no ifs no buts

My company bosses all work thru flu/cough lo, no take MC de. They view as taking MC for normal flu/cough is consider “chao keng”. 😅 But now due to covid, they think otherwise.

24th Jun dine out like chances getting lower.

12 new COVID-19 community infections in Singapore, including 5 unlinked cases

And we haven't even reopen doors to the whole south asia village yet. Can't blame them this time. Yet i wonder how we can truly reopen back to phase 3 if this is the best we can do under the current restrictions.

Total cases for today reduced to 9, 3 were false alarm.

9 new COVID-19 community infections in Singapore, including 5 unlinked cases

Article say : "It had earlier reported 12 community infections, but three cases were negative for COVID-19 upon further tests."

So, now they stop when repeat test show negative. Not like last time, tested negative, but keep on re-test till suddenly positive [laugh]
