Isn't facial done in a private room 1:1?

Gym means a lot of hyperventilating people sweating in an enclosed aircon room.

In the armed forces, you follow any and all legal orders. You do not have the discretion to question them. 

In civilian life, it's not as regimented, but you still need to follow the law. You do not have the discretion to disregard it. 

This siao charbor came from a former life where she should've been used to following orders and giving them, and expecting others to follow them. But now she seems incapable of following the law herself. There is even less excuse for her nonsense than the crazy "sovereign" types.
