I saw this fried hokkien mee stall when i was at this coffeeshop to buy ang ku kueh few weeks ago. The aroma smell from the hokkien mee very nice, plan to try on next visit but suddenly no dine-in?! 😅

@tangocharlie

古早味潮州noodles from the coffeeshop at chong pang.

Supposed to have chilli but seems to be missing. The small piece of pork skin is unusual. Find it hard to distinguish such noodles but generally Above average. 6.5/10.

The flavour is light compared to 阿九at bukit batok. I like the pig totters and skin. You can add on to the noodle.

Had this the first time maybe 2 years ago based on the recommendation of a forummer here. Found it really good.

Had it again a few weeks back before this CB started. Found the standard dropped already. Not sure if it is just my luck being sway. Same old person cooking.

On the other hand, the ang ku kueh shop in the same coffee shop is good. Worth the queue.

Maybe it's a familiar taste for me since I had them during their beo crescent days.

My kid who usually avoid bean sprouts also enjoy it.
