Brunch - Fried Carrot Cake and Teh di lou siew dai from Blk 216 Bedok HC 😋😋😋😋😋

Teh di lou siew dai. Fragrant, thick and smooth. One of the better ones and only $1 compared to usual $1.10/1.20 and some not as nice.

Been a few years since I last ate at Mos Burger. Surprisingly their wagyu beef burger is good.

Daughter experiment with new dish. Salted egg look alike fried glass noodle with broccoli and sausage. 

I mention salted egg look alike because she use normal egg yolk instead of salted egg, as she wants to use the egg white for her baking.

This thought immediately sprung to mind when I read your post. "Will adding salt or more salt make it technically a SALTED egg dish?"

Dinner - Home cooked Black pepper and garlic Chicken Thigh with Clam Chowder soup bought from "Mmmm.." 😋😋😋😋

Chicken is tender and tasty. Not too heavy on spices. Soup is great tasting too.

Talking about kopi/teh in Bedok vicinity, not sure you aware of this excellent kopi stall in Blk 16 Bedok South HC oppo TJC? The best so far I ever tried, and very consistent maybe due to all female team who tends to be more meticulous. The staff also very well trained to handle demanding customers, never losing cool or give sour face from my personal experience. The queue could be abit long but it is to be expected since the stuff is really good.

That stall has good coffee for those who like their coffee more on the sweeter side. their coffee is very fragrant, like Vietnamese coffee.

For those who like their coffee more robust, the shop beside the youtiao stall is not bad.
