Lunch from upper boon keng food centre.
Bought this 肠粉 from this stall. Taste not bad but find oily for me. Think eat there much nicer than dabao. Very full lunch for me today, fishball noodle and 肠粉! Even though 肠粉 is shared. 😅

Burg's cheese burger must eat double patties. Fries also must order cajun fries.

Please do kindly excuse my assumption. I believe Singaporeans as a whole are getting more stupid or gullible.

Look at the bread shops nowadays in shopping centre.

The mark up for a piece of bread is far too ridiculous for a basic necessity. The fact is the business cannot be losing money to sell a croissant for $2 to $4 each. This include salary for staff, rental and etc. So we are paying alot extra for what the value of the bread is.

Some say this is modern times and convenient but does not meant we become more stupid in the process.

In general, NTUC generally sells many items more expensive than GIANT or even our neighborhood retail shop. How can this be when NTUC have monopoly of scale and they are a cooperative to help workers. They even got special rents for being as such. It defies logic. I wondered what consumer council is doing about it.

Those who want to be stupid and pay $10 for a bottle of mineral water at some atas store is their business but the common man cannot well afford it  with inflated price at even at regular supermarket.

I think I need to write in our ST Forum but I need to have a pen name.

The bun kind of too fluffy and overall rather salty.

The store with a red signage which says BCM 面线汤, opposite one fish soup stall. I find this fishball noodle too oily, maybe due to he puts in pork lark and oil. I saw there are 3 stalls selling BCM, dont know which one is good? Lol. Yesterday after eating my lunch, i had overdose oily food coma. 😅

Why you find that chee cheong fan not nice le? I find ok, not say very fantastic la but the prawns was fresh.
