Yes, it is a must to be on medication, if not my cholesterol level would become dangerously high, and high risk to get stroke/heart attack. Sigh. On medication is to reduce the risk of stroke/heart attack, but i am still on the high risk group, and i also need to watch out on my diet.

Frozen tofu ala hdl style soaked up all the flavours. OC just learned this...cut to size, steam then freeze. Good for braise too.

CBTL promo, 2 for 10.90.

Also tried a new cafe whisk and paddle, bukit gombak

HDL i only tried twice before, also due to friends want to go eat and i tag along. Dont know why so many people like HDL? Lol.

Because you don't eat spicy. Meat too fatty you don't eat.

Hot pot lean meat how to eat, will be very dry. Then if beef is half cook you will LS.
