On 1st glance, i was thinking "where's e fish" oni see tons of fries n corn.....then realise e fish shares a similar attribute as @Carbon82  steamed fish.....camouflaged

Dinner at Blk 823A Coffeeshop Tampines St 81. 

Renovated after fire a few months ago. Place more airy with 2 big MRT styled ceiling fans and of course, brighter and cleaner too. 

Popiah is yummy. Lots of coriander. 😋😋😋😋. 

 

Prawn Crackers and Bee Hoon 😋😋😋😋. Ingredients are fresh, crispy and nice.

Hmmm can i ask what brand of steamboat food do u guys buy? Cos other than fishballs, i don't usually buy these.
Shabu shabu strips, fishballs etc etc. 
Can buy from supermarket (SS/NTUC) type. 

Anyone can contribute what their favorite brand. Dodo/Bobo etc

I forgot dont know is Dodo or Bobo, their fishballs and stuff very salty. I bought once and scare die me. Like salt no need money one. 😅

I buy frozen pork, chicken and beef quite regularly. For steamboat, I tend to buy those already cut for shabu shabu and vacuum packed. I have no particular fav brand. Depends on price. For fishballs, we like Bobo (the plain fishballs in water type).

My freezer is filled with frozen meat, seafood, vege and berries. 😁 I see empty space, I will buy to refill it.

meat slices from meidi ya. they have kurobuta for pork, and miyazaki or kobe for beef.

Fishball, fish dumpling (her kiao), fish roll can get from lixin, they sell frozen (can order online). https://order.lixinfishball.com/woodlands/

crabstick from liquan (think only SS)

fish slices not much alternatives, still filet from market bought fish best. ditto for prawns from market.
