Very VFM WTM and beef brisket noodles. HK style. Tastes exactly same as those you eat in Crystal Jade type of restaurants. 4 locations in Bedok, AMK, Clementi and Yishun. 

I had it 2x over the last 7 days. WTM soup and beef brisket noodles.

I feel standard drop a bit. Was nicer the first time I eat. The wanton skin and filling not as nice (and I ate it cold the last time). But still above average for 5 dollars. Maybe 7-7.5/10.

is this the one where people have to queue for more than 1 hour in Yishun when they first open?

I tried the shui-jiao and it was good, will try the WTM next time.

Their WT is plump but I wish the skin could be thinner. I actually prefer the beef brisket over the wtm, but just slightly. 

Taste is biased towards the saltier side so @13177 might find it a bit overwhelming given his 清淡 taste buds.

Only open from 5-9pm. Not related to the business or anything here. Just find the quality of food very good.

Because this is cantonese style where the noodles tend to have kee. Some people don't like the kee.

I thought only 3 main noodle dishes? WTM soup or dry and beef brisket noodles only.

Not really, to remove the kee taste, the process of 过冷河 is very important; or just use full egg noodles that shouldn't use kee in the first place.

I am OK with salt so no complaints. But seeing how you like your food, it might be too salty for you.

this type of batter is ZE BEST !! Eng Kee one is this type.

the only minus point is it loses the crisp after a while. So best to eat on the spot. Else dabao home just pop into AirFryer for a few minutes
