The unfortunate thing is that the vaccine isnt a miracle drug. Ppl are able to get reinfection even after taking the vaccine. What is effective now are the wearing of mask properly, safe distancing and tracking/isolation. Their govt can only do so much only if their ppl cooperate. So working together is key.
