There are still cases in which vaccinated people get infected or reinfected, so relaxing rules or not, lets all maintain the same social distancing,  wearing masks, washing hands etc for the safety of ourselves and our loved ones.

Fully agree, we are still far from overcoming this virus. Key is all the precautionary actions by every individuals. What we are witnessing in countries like India should be shared so that those thinking that we are out of the wood and therfore  can now relax need to think again.
