That barbell is a little too light for him. Kind of a waste of time training with that

What to do - gym all closed. Nowhere to get any significant resistance training.

If too heavy then cannot lift will die and no one save him lol

He might be doing some shoulder workout... straighten arms and lower bar slowly over his head to the floor.... then i saw the weights are different size

I have a seen a few residents jogging at the top level of my estate MSCP.

These days, I tend to be more careful when driving up to deserted level for self-vacuum or doing mods no my car. Don't want to run them down.

This guy dont find it troublesome to bring the barbells etc from his house to the MSCP? Might as well do it inside his house or outside the corridor area? 😂

Eversince covid started, indeed can see people engaging weird activities at the high level or top level of mscp. Lol.

During the CB last year, i saw many people doing exercise at the top level of mscp day and night.

Maybe his house the floorings are expensive stuff and he doesn't want to damage his house floorings.
So he does his weight exercises at the carpark since if his weights damage the carpark floor people also don't care.
