By right they should not proceed with the Olympic Games when the cases in Japan still high. And ended up now even before the games started already have so many positive cases among athletes! But last min cancellation really reflect poor management and lack of foresight of the organizer lo.

Japan is a respected country with SOP and processes ... very systematic ...

look at the way that run their transportation system ... like clockwork

how they operate in factory and so on 

how come when come to covid ... they are totally loss and flip-flopping worse than prata-flipping
