On a side note. This is a damn sexist stance by this handball federation. 

Women should be allowed to wear whatever they feel comfortable to play sports. 

While we all appreciate the female physique, no father would want their girls to be used as a sexy symbol to promote a sport.

I thought the Philippines' first gold in weightlifting, beating the sport's powerhouse, PRC, was especially amazing. If you read the backstory, it was a truly amateur effort, with only the basics and makeshift arrangement in the middle of the pandemic. Weightlifting looks simple, but there's a lot of technique in the lifts and training strategy that makes a lot of difference in the end. 

Why we cannot do something like that with our fancy training facilities?

Asians certainly don't lose out in the strength department on the world stage.

Anyone watching or understand how skiff-49er works? Our women's pair was at one stage in 4-5 position very closed to the leaders in first leg but not appearing in the animation then suddenly disappeared from the pact after the turn...also, can suka suka choose to turn left or right one ah? 😅
