Very hard to find Asian and African.

The most successful Asian cyclist is Chen Ji from China.

If Pogacar can't put a gap, it is very hard for to Wout Van Aert.

Singapore used to have Team OCBC Cycle that competes in UCI Conti Asia.

They don't train on the island.  Too flat.
