now we need to sign some midfielders

Rumors that Jude Bellington had signed for Liverpool to replace Jordon Henderson. The fee of 100 millions Euro agreed with Dortmund.

He will joined next summer (July 2023) and by next year, he will be 20 yrs old.

Unconfirm reports also said that he joined RM. :lll._.:

Calvin will be our last incoming in this transfer window. Seem like we aren't getting a midfielder according to news outlet. Now onward is selling.

🤔

Supercharged

looks like no further purchases for the rest of the window. Klopp clearly wants all the new players in early to settle down for the critical pre-season. Total immediate spent = 64 + 8.4 + 4 = 76.4M. Additional add on = 21 + 2.5M = 23.5M.

The next phase will be on the selling. likely departures would be:-

- Mane (~ 35-40m)

- Taki (~ 17M)

- Nico Williams (~15M)

- Ox (~ 10M)

Total est amount recovered = 77M.  Net immediate spent almost neutral 🙂

FSG really hired the best accountants!

Looks like Mane to BM is done.
All this while figure quoted was €50million/£42.5M. Seems that a compromise was reached. Around £35M.

Awaiting further confirmation

I think pools will insists on 50m eu at least

This is discount rate consider today market.

Mane score 20goal /season , every season for pools i think

He (Mani) can leave Pool.  It is good that he leave as Pool fans don't like players above club mentally.

Since he came back from African Cup tournament in Feb, he was playing half heartedly ...... :lll._.:

In one of his interview after the tournament, he accidentally spilled out that Senegal fans wanted him to move out of Liverpool to bigger clubs. :wut:

A few days later, he came out to talk that it was not the case but can't bluff video recording. I knew it at that time that he wanted to leave Liverpool. :we-all-gonna-die:

Next is Salah. If he thinks that he is above the club, he can leave too if an offer above 60 millions pound receive from any clubs. :ignoring:

Lets wish Mane all the best.

He will be remembered as one of the most important players during Klopp's tenure. He is also a third of our famed attacking trident and played all three positions. Its a pity that his shot did not go in against RM else he might have a shot at Ballon D'or.

I thought he will be snapped up by other teams in Europe after our EPL title winning season but COVID19 probably delayed the process.

Many of us said that Mane's form wasnt that good at the beginning of the season and his performance was just average. I hope he sees that as a huge huge compliment. We expect him to put in a 7.5 & above ratings for all his games regardless of opponents or other factors e.g. fatigue. When Salah goes thru a goal drought, we will find reasons to justify e.g. opponent putting two defenders on him. When Firminho does not score, we say he does the difficult job as a false 9.

We expect Mane to dribble & leave the defenders on their backside, tear the entire defence apart, score from distance, pass to Salah to score, drop deep when the no. 8 goes wide, operate as an auxiliary left midfield wide player to help out Robbo, take the ball and dribble during transition and finally vacate his left wing position for his replacement Diaz and move central to play as a number 9 as Origi and Firminho watched from the side lines. His departure also paved the way for Nunez (Origi's replacement) to come in.

He should be nicknamed: Ironman.

No bargaining position as only one year left on his contract.

Don't take 35m now and get nothing next year.

35m helps pay for half on Nunez.

:D

Also had to return the favour as we got Thiago cheap at 20m.
