Matters to me! I really really like the new k3 =D The old one still ok ok la...

Cannot ask for too much for that price at today's COE. Anyway, new or old model, it is 12 year newer than my car 😄😄😄

Those who have bought their COE at low price have left.

Those  who did not get their COE eaier have also left.

We are the last few left .

Not sure why there is a climb.... mid year bonuses?

My friend who WFH is thinking of giving up his car cos he rarely drives now and thinks this will be the norm. He is an executive.  His industry is also one of the stable ones.  Unless his situation is an anomaly, I can't imagine why people are still rushing to buy cars

Too much money chasing after too few COEs. Properties also heating up, Pasir Ris new launch can hit $2k psf for smaller units

Less than 2000 quota for CAT A per month, not difficult to find people who can stomach this kind of pricing in our 6m population, scared what when the COE hit >90k before.

We are not even anywhere near the records yet.

yes, then there are people who ownself scare ownself with news of cars shortage .. plants cannot build cars due to parts shortage (latest is the toyota plants in thailand, i think last week) .. so faster buy?
