Update: The victim died

SINGAPORE - A student of River Valley High School (RVHS) was allegedly killed on campus on Monday (July 19).

A crime scene investigation van, an ambulance and at least four police vehicles were spotted at the school compound when The Straits Times arrived at the campus in Boon Lay on Monday afternoon.

Several people believed to be security and school staff were seen standing near the main gate of the school in Boon Lay Avenue, occasionally letting students out from the premises.

RVHS has students aged between 12 and 18, as it offers the six-year Integrated Programme which allows students to skip the O levels and instead take the A levels in their sixth year.

The Straits Times has contacted the Ministry of Education and the school for comment.

Lucky we have gun control. In usa, if the students become siao, has more dire consequences.

Nowadays students so aggressive. ://

Back in my day, got anything go out the back gate to settle.

I like to think that we respect the school and the teachers that we don't settle differences in a place of learning.

Nowadays no ethics - stab someone right on school grounds itself.

Somemore good school.

But didn't someone every school is a good school?

LOL!

What was said is that every school is a good school.

What was unsaid was that some schools are pai-kia schools, some schools are privileged schools. :I
