　　中学生疑手持斧头砍死同学，刑事侦查局人员到场调查。

　　这起血案发生在今天上午11时许，地点是文礼道一带的立化中学。据了解，一名男中学生不知何故，手持一把斧头袭击同学。遭砍伤的受害者遇袭后，相信伤势过重丧命，大批刑事侦查局人员封锁现场调查。

　　案发后，网上有不少信息流传，指有学生看到涉案男学生手持斧头，站在饮水机旁清理血迹，对方还说：“我刚刚杀了人”。

I don't think it is a code of conduct. It's more of more likely to be caught by the discipline master and everyone gets public caning. The discipline masters of yesteryears are pretty terrifying.

I read that it is an upper secondary kid killing a lower secondary kid. So it's the upper secondary kid who got bullied?
