My company too have 1 upon doc advice to skip vaccination. He is in his late 60 with MOH so called underlying conditions. I pulled him back since 1st Sept from the site. Now so called admin assistant (walk around office water plants/cleanliness/landscaping).

That is why I always advocate don't discriminate. Empathy and education. 😁 everyone has their own reason as not to get vaccinated. We respect their decision similar to a forum; agreed to disagree but don't marginalize them.

Abit more in details.

He used to work as a site foremen. The new site regulation prohibit  unvaccinated to work on site. I have to pull him back and of course the redeployment affected his pay package. A blessing to hold on to a job than to go out job hunting.

Indonesia seafarer. Merely this month alone company cease the WP renewal for 11 crews.

Out there not as rosy as the main stream media is painting.

Don't get me wrong, I am not speaking up for those who choose not to receive their vaccination (including those who exaggerated about their medical conditions), but genuine cases who was just following the doctor / specialist recommendation.

On allergy case, I also have 1 case at my workplace. She was perfectly fine (do not have any known food or drug allergy), but after her 1st jab (mRNA) , she experienced rashes and swelling which are so bad that she has to be hospitalised for a couple of days. She was reassessed by another MOH appointed doctor and upon the advise, receive 1 dose of non-mRNA recently (don't need 2nd dose according to the doctor).

When the vaccine drive first started, you guys will also recall you have to declare any preeixisting conditions when you make appt or confirm interest.  I got autoimmune problem so at first the system says I cannot vaxx.  I of course resubmit a second response and then got vaxx 😂. I hope all these rejected cases were actively followed up subsequently.

2932? Lol, what about all those with ownself check ownself ART positive but no need to report?

Healthcare workers need to declare their ART results via a web portal. Is it really so difficult to mandate that for all residents by law? Recover at home by all means, just report the damn numbers as cases. Stop fudging the numbers!

Maybe there’s a conspiracy theory? Swap the position of the first two digits and you get the number of cases i.e. 9232? [laugh]

This number derived solely from pcr?

Wondering why do we still need to take ART.  Self recovery at home.

yesterday i heard on radio, they talk about how to do art. how to prevent mistake and prevent  false reading bababa.

will there be ppl who get into close contact with infected but appear totally fine, and purposely do the art the wrong way to produce a false reading?? i bet there will be.

will there be ppl who genuinely do the test wrongly and give the false result? confirm have also.

I wonder how many of those die hard anti-vax telegram group will rush to get vaccinated today.

Actually there is already an increase of unvax people going for their vaccinate liao. Also many people also went for their booster shot. Looks like the high number of death cases play an important push factor.

At least tell people what underlying medical conditions else people will just speculate.

When no one has to take responsibility for anything with the stupid no blame culture and some blindly supporting them, that’s what you get. They get away with anything.

I half disagree with u.  But I tell u story for context.

I got some friends in healthcare. They don't want the pfizer jab cos they say they got allergy.  Waiting for sinovac.  Fine.  I am not pro pfizer myself.  And allergy is a good reason. I got a friend who had a bad reaction and of cos social media talks about it.

Then one day the big boss sent an email asking to see those who did not vaccinate and to give their reasons in person.   I told them say u got allergy blah blah moral support blah blah you get forced I complain on facebook to support you blah blah.

Next thing I knew, they got the pfizer jab rather than meet the boss

But I know there are genuine cases.

S'pore hasn’t make Covid-19 jabs mandatory. Any intimidation? Or Threaten?

Maybe try

Harassment within and outside the workplace is an offence under the Protection from Harassment Act (POHA), which is under the Ministry of Home Affairs.https://www.mom.gov.sg/faq/workplace-harassment/what-type-of-legal-help-is-available-to-a-victim-of-workplace-harassment

Workplace harassment can occur when one party at the workplace demonstrates behaviour that causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to another party. Such behaviour can violate a person’s dignity or create an unfavourable work environment for him/her, which poses a risk to the person’s safety and health.

Next thing I knew, they got the pfizer jab rather than meet the boss.  They did not get any reaction but that's not the point.  My point is if you rejected vaccination cos of a genuine fear for health and life, stand your ground.  Suddenly getting the jab just because the boss wanted to talk to you makes me wonder if you were really worried in the first place.

But I know there are genuine cases.

True, indeed there are some people just like to wait and see and drag their time go take vaccine, and will tell you they have allergy etc. Until like you said, they got the instruction to go see the big bosses and explain why no take vaccine, then they scare but to guai guai go take, even though nothing happened. not much side effects after the vaccine?! Lol.

They want to paint a nice picture that cases are going down? Or stable? But many positive cases now also no need to report?! 🙄

That's the idea, as we enter their so-called "Stabilisation Phase".

Stabilise the numbers, by hook or by crook. Underreporting, no reporting, ART positive not counted etc...
