Hi guys,

After yesterday's (20 Aug) flash flood occurrence, it got me thinking.

Those 13 cars that got partially submerged, how ah? This kind of situation will insurance cover?

@thatJDMahboy check your policy

Yup, I understand. Apologies if I didn't make myself clear.

However, I was thinking along the lines of what @Kangadrool mentioned.

As I said previously, check your insurance policy.

Most car insurance in Singapore is All-Risk.

No such thing as Act of God.

Just to add on.
in any unlucky event when you are stuck in flood and engine died. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RESTART YOUR ENGINE.

it will cause further damage to the engine and insurance might not cover for the repair even you are covered with flood clause
