it’s been about two weeks since my Pfizer bivalent.. no fuss and I’ll do a short swim today ..

Group tour visa for China to here not yet open lah.

They cannot leave china. Only business and special visit visa.

I took moderna bivalent. Only a bit of headache and fatigue, which last about one day, Nothing a Panadol and sleep don't fix. 😁

Get it checked

it might be your heart, may or may not be related to the jab but one can get heart issues as we age

Yo buddy, sometimes certain diseases take time to develop.

If it has been a year and symptoms are still around most likely it's chronic like my arrhythmia.

Where's the tightness? Chest?

Maybe go for a comprehensive health check and get a referral to see a rheumatologist.

Axillary lymphadenopathy should be transient. There's either a lump or not.

Thanks. I can no longer see or feel the lump under my armpit. However, on and off when I lift up the arm, I do feel a tightness at the same spot.

First P to third P - very lethargic when started jogging 2 weeks after jab, took another week of jogging to regain stamina.

Fourth P - took a 3 week break cos busy with pre-CNY, surprisingly, no issues when jogging.
