Actually most importantly is when you meet people you don't really know, talk at a good distant like 2m away lah. And don't anyhow touch surfaces where the virus will land

Update and share. I just got news yesterday. My Brother-In-Law, he is a taxi driver and was tested positive for Covid on Fri 16th Oct. He was fully vaccinated with Pizer and age 57 years old. He registered for booster jab but still have not get. He was told to only stay home for observation and rest. As it is, now the whole family of 5 is isolating

His symptoms, just light flu like symptom (running nose and cough). My sister suppose to be a nurse actually also gave him the Chinese medicine called 莲花清瘟胶囊。

Actually I heard of this medicine in Thailand, it is very popular as many swear by it. My sister's feedback is that It is effective. My BIL on the 4th dose is already feeling good. But how effective it really is, I truly donno, just that many people keep claiming it is good.
