Why do drivers think they can beat the red light?

@Aventa First few times, I was indeed shocked that it happened.

Then later on, I started running with a body-cam... and I submit the footage to TP.

I did try to check back on some of the license plates some weeks later - and I saw fines issued under the dates that I made the report... so I guess it works.

I'm sure he will think twice beating red lights if he sees the doll. Lol
