Enforcement actions against errant cyclists: Does it matter if they kena summon or not?

Many netizens commented that a fine should be issued to this cyclist, who was pulled over by a traffic police officer. However, from a wider perspective, does it really matter if a fine was issued to her?

Instead, active enforcement is what is required to deter cyclists from flouting traffic rules and regulations.

Other than warnings and fines, what could be other possible enforcement actions that will help deter such behaviours?

I would love to hear your opinion on this matter!

People have nothing to say started a thread, others who have nothing to do responded to the thread, so I want to say something also, I say if they get caught,  must fine them, next round cane them until they scared. 🤣🤣🤣

Pls dont stir, we have had enough of Sh*t lately, pandemic to endemic, Just leave the cyclist alone, thy don't come here to cause nuisance, we are more Motorists than Cyclists and we perfectly understand where thy came from . . . the young, average school boys, to Army Boy to 50-77 yo all looking for leisure and fun, part of saving transport money and be healthy. Smelling green green grass of home, admiring the white cloud & blue sky . . .[:p]

These cyclists didn't break your car windscreen nor puncture your tyre . .  . The cyclist choose not to pay Roa tax, car insurance not contribution to season car park plus plus car maintenance et cetc. unless they are those AMDK causing havoc on the road, that we will whack them proper. [drivingcar]
