I agree. mental health is the fundament. But if you make a mistake, the law will not give you any discount because of mental health.

You do wrong thing, you pay for your action.

I will stay in the taxi and remain at the same spot but not for too long.

I will make sure I have captured JUST ENOUGH videos of the attacker smashing the windows/windscreen/mirrors with his helmet.

Then I will quickly drive off to make a police report with that video.  That would be enough to land him in jail.  

Not too wise to over-stay than necessary.
