I read that such comparison is often used by those who confuses failed economy practice leading to famine with foreign invasions.

Interestingly, the later was committed by both Jap and Germany in 20th century, which today still haunts their national and political psyche.

Perhaps, it is this standard that which some MCFer prefer to forget.🤔

thats what 50c always say to deflect attention. but its probably fair to say many in the wall know the truth, but cannot say without being disappeared.

and its strangely often those outside the wall who sing the praises loudest in a way 50c cannot match.

dont understand how talking about merkel and germany can become a pissing contest with china and ccp and nazis. [confused]

why dont talk about how many people the soviet commies killed in gulags and ww2? whatever the west narrative, fact is the russians that did the most to defeat the nazis.

the reason why people get over germany for ww2 is they acknowledge their past.

the question now is does multiculturalism work? or assimilation? and i say both and there should not be extremes.

retain your own immigrant culture, speak german is a must. but if the immigrant become the majority, then too bad if they impose sharia law. democracy right? 😅

Must also read up on who's the snake that started it all...

EU has Merkel to thank for in decade if not decades to come with her effort in integration of migrates and mitigation of terror on European soil...hope other leaders in the European countries can see her very reasons behind and the ways she dealt with the opening of the border in 2015...initially I also subscribe to the notion that she's just an "employee" of the WH...

Oh well, let history be the judge...just like our mmtf on those tough decisions about how many to makan at makan places... 😁

Right or wrong, history will be the judge but Germany's 13% immigrant population is really nothing compared to our 40%.

Although the country is big, most unskllled and poor immigrants congregate in the bigger cities, it is still a big time bomb as assimilation and integration will take a long long time.

But you have to respect Angela Merkel for keeping largely to her values and beliefs during the refugee crisis, knowing it will cost her much political capital.

But they are also taking care of the immigrants, they give a lot of scholarship to tiongs too

There are non millionaire people in EU too.

Look at it from a typical low ses European pov: I struggling to make ends meet,  can't start a family cos no money, house,  stable job.  Some illiterate illegal economic migrant skips halfway round the world to come here with his 6 kids and gets a house and welfare payment on my taxes??!!  Not even talking about crime rates and integration yet.

That's very very powerful stuff deeply rooted in economic,  cultural and political sentiment. Poland and Hungary is practically in revolt with EU.

She should have gotten german and more importantly .. EU consensus before throwing open the gates.

Imagine you live in a condo. Some crazy neighbor in the penthouse unit  then decided without the MCST approval vote:

open the condo gate to all illegal immigrants to come live in.

you MUST give one bedroom to some strange men of suspicious origins. Protect your wife and daughters yourself.

if they commit a crime against your daughter... you cannot kick then out.

your estate management funds will be used to fund those people... realistically for decades.

If you are a resident of another condo... maybe you'd say that penthouse owner so kind.. but if you actually live in that condo,  your words may be unprintable.

That's the problem she left behind.

There are always 2 sides of it, some are appreciative and do good. Just the handful giving the problems. Google is not always the only place to get the information, when you travel u will get to see the real world
