See the way he drove,  more likely  he was being chased already. The first TP probably had intention  to stop him further down the road. Luckily cam car was blocking him, otherwise  the first TP might be the one under his front wheels .

Lets see who get more, if go by distance, this guy will get a lot less number of month bcause he did it for a few meters only. 😀
