I had a bose 321 before. I liked it. It broke down after 15 years but worth it for the price and small foot print.

I like the idea of Yamaha too since (to me) they are less prominent in the soundbar market but well known for all things audio. Online reviews are good too. However their latest range don't support Dolby Atmos, for that have to go for the older discontinued premium level ones.

Do I need Atmos? I couldn't say. But this feature is on my list as a form of future proofing.

Any thoughts on Samsung and LG soundbar systems? These 2 korean plus Sony the product range is super headache inducing though.
