moreover this didnt happen at the zoo. It happen in a residential area.

Yes its clear the bird wasnt secured.

So far no news or update who is the big shot who has the peacock as a pet. Differentiate from those who owns cat, dog no matter how expensive they are. Seems there were subsequent complaints of attacks by the bird on others too but no mention of any action taken.

Hope the child can recover from this ordeal.

If you declare yiur facebook posts are funded by some entities abroad, or make disparaging remarks on certain folks or tell some lies, high chance you may be invited to lim kopi faster than the bird owner? 😁

This landed haouse is a bungalow, don't know who is that guy though.
