The details of the December 2021 1st open bidding exercise for Certificates of Entitlement (COEs) are as follows:

Tender opens: Monday, 6 December 2021, 12 noon
Tender closes: Wednesday, 8 December 2021, 4.00 pm
Tender results: Wednesday, 8 December 2021 (Available on the www.onemotoring.lta.gov.sg website)

The total quota available for this tender is 1,791 for the following vehicle categories:

NON-TRANSFERABLE CATEGORIES
Category A : Cars (up to 1600cc & 97kW (130bhp)) => 536
Category B : Cars (above 1600cc or 97kW (130bhp)) => 593
Category D : Motorcycles => 420

TRANSFERABLE CATEGORIES
Category C : Goods Vehicles and Buses => 93
Category E : Open Category => 149

3 weeks break + 11.11/Black Friday/end of year sales + year end bonus/aws + jan 2022 many going back to office + new shipment for cars might be in soon especially Tesla. Not forgetting CNY is less then 2 months away.

guess this bid should up by a fair bit.
