Look at the Red Merc speeding down Tampines Ave 1 pass the Caltex. Racing with another car.

So the Red Car driver was speeding then took a left turn towards Bartley road,

Too fast for the turn and slammed into the Yaris waiting at junction.

Why people cannot just don’t drive after drinking? Public transport readily available and valet service is just for a small fee of $30.  Our laws must come down hard on them otherwise more innocent people will suffer.

your example is different. this is drink driving. i will equate it to manslaughter.

Yes this is totally different as even though Intent of this case was not there, the antecedent reason AND cause is damn well known. If you drink, dun drive!!

Definition NOT totally UNINTENTIONAL ! But he’s definitely complicit in the Whole Scheme of things.. ccb…

Drunk driver. Insurance will contest having to pay for damages and compensation.

Jail the driver and sue him for the damage and death.  Bankrupt him for life. He has to pay for his wrong action.

Over confidence of car and skill.

Alcohol exaggerated the driver sense of prowess. 🤦

Some drinkers thought too highly of themselves. Despicable to the core.

MPs please amend the law. If you choose to drive while drunk, then killed someone, surely can argue premeditated.

Yeah, that sounds right.

Looks like racing with another car in  front , the front car should be brought to task as well.
