uramasa Clutched August 27, 2022 Share August 27, 2022 @s2s to be honest, the wireless charger in MY22 is useless. I only manage to use once, then don't even bother! since it charged very slow and make the phone very HOT.
Carbon82 Moderator August 27, 2022 Share August 27, 2022 Based on my short conversation with 2 SE during the recent motor show at Expo, the incoming MY23 XC60 will have the following changes: No ventilated front seat (B5) No panoramic roof (B5) No virtual paddle tailgate (B5) No R-Design aka 'Plus' Dark Theme (B5) No built-in GPS system No wireless charging pad No built in SIM card, meaning data will be from user mobile phone Come with 360 view 2

Carbon82 Moderator August 27, 2022 Share August 27, 2022 By sharing with me all the 'No' for MY23 model, the SEs are trying to promote the current stock (end 2021) at exorbitant profit margin. I like the ventilated seats (which come with Nappa leather and better cushion for the rear), panoramic roof and the built-in SIM card (good for OTA updates and Map), but the >$50K profit margin (after some hard bargain) stop the itch more effective than this, Without any doubt, with all the 'No' for incoming model, the OMV will be lower (probably ~$33K +/- for B5 variant), but selling price will likely remains the same (at most more freebies such as service credits or accessories vouchers).

GLC and X3 for this MY23 models. They way I see the main advantage for the current MY22 is that you are getting more feature thus getting most of your money worth when comparing base model between competitors. With so many "No" with the upcoming models, perhaps someone at C&C Mercedes or PML went over to join Wearnes and declare that Volvo brand can sell by itself.

They are still promoting the connectivity as a selling point so I have my doubts there is no more built-in GPS/SIM. Can't be MY23 XC40 has built-in GPS/SIM then MY23 XC60 with the same AAOS don't have right?
