No joke if an idiot lay hands on such a fast ride. We have seen the severe damages done with much less. 

Its a pity that there's still no cure for stupidity despite all the advancement made in science and medicine. 

The only recourse left is unkind yet deserving, is the hope that the driver is the lone fatality of each incident.

Perhaps then, the population of such can be greatly reduced, making roads much safer for other users.

But Electric Car no need pump Petrol..so no extra Duties..for Gov't..Gov't should put into consideration.
