Can someone pls enlighten me, 1DB difference, can the human ear pick up the difference? If not, so why is that considered a feature of the product?

Indeed.. but none of the local retailers carry F1A5 or SS in both my size which is:

225/40/R19 front

255/35/R19 rear

They only have rear but not the front and I don’t want to mix tyres.

It’s marketing. 

any form of improvement or progress must be highlighted.

The more features or improvements, the better the perception of value, whether or not those are relevant.

there is stock for both sizes in aysm 5( currently ), confirm plus chop. ( i think u no stock should be last time?)

but odd size alot of tyres shop dun stock up.

If u got a regular tyres shop that deal in gy. the best way is to put a small desposit and ask them order for u .

this way is best also, it ensure u got the freshest stock. 

( my best guess rear should be about 240+-. front about 220+-)

these are in two different classes. Depends on the car and type of driving.

F1A5/F1A6 vs PS4/PS4ST

F1SS (3 variants) vs PS4S

in both classes, i think the differences are really minute in the hands of an amateur driver. So it's down to price and stock availability.

I should have come to you man! Which shop is that may I ask?

I’ve been to Arrow and LS and Hurry. All don’t have the combi.

And I just bought the PS4S on 6 Dec.

now confirm have. But some of those shop u mention i believe they pi in their own tyres

If they dun bring in that 2 combo themself, they will hesitate to order for u , cos its lesser income. 

, u go hock tyres kallang  branch, they are 1 of the main supplier for GY tyres.  the retail at kallang way( but i dun know their price range )

but anw aysm 6 coming, if u not hurry wait for that 😁

my PS4S should last me 1.5 years so hopefully F1A6 will be widely available then.

I don’t need PS4S really. Alternative available ones are PZ4, CSC6 and Potenza Sport which are equally or more expensive.
