Neo had been charged alongside his son, 28-year-old Glynn Neo Jia, who is accused of altering the car's licence plate on Jan 11 and allowing his father to use the car without insurance coverage that morning.

The prosecution said the licence plate was changed for "photoshoot purposes" in relation to the car business, according to investigations.

fake plates + no insurance; intention to deceive and cheat is very clear.

should BBQ the son too. :a-aggressive:

Neo's lawyer, Mr John Lim, said that his client was "genuinely remorseful" and has not had a restful night since the incident outside Red Swastika School.

Don’t think he’s even remorseful.

The apple don’t fall too far from the tree indeed. The son also an a-hole.

He has not had a restful night not because he's remorse but because he worried about the sentencing...lol

This guy never read the Guide to attending court on dress code.

"You should be properly attired in business wear, smart casual wear or traditional dress.

Darker, more serious colors are preferable, and bright colors should be avoided. The best colors to wear to court are “conservative” colors (white, blue, navy, gray, and the like) and to steer clear of crazy patterns and shocking fashion statements."

How to look innocent like that?
