Christian Horner launched a half:half car similar to the prototype that he admitted doesn't look like the one that will turn up for the first race.

Contrary, Aston launched THE car. We know it's THE car because today they go for shakedown already at Silverstone. Looks very good in Green/Yellow and so much better than the last Green/Purple.

Very late tonight, early tomorrow morning....... McLaren with four launces in one.

This year, AM sourced engine, GB & rear suspension from Merc.

The vent on the body work is interesting.

The only non-wooden performer of the night, Seb..... excellent as usual. Pity he couldn't be bothered to get a haircut.

Yes, the upper vents were interesting as we've not seen them on the other two non-launch launches so far. I suppose would/could close them off by replacing the panels in colder races if needs be. It was good to see AM's own work on the front suspension and tray, basically creating almost a double floor layout by channelling air under their side pods, so much longer than Haas to date.

Fingers crossed, and can't wait to see McL tomorrow.

'I never said I was going to quit F1': Lewis Hamilton

Quote

LONDON: Lewis Hamilton insisted on Friday (Feb 18) he never said he was going to quit Formula One despite the traumatic end to his 2021 world championship campaign.

The British driver, 37, was speaking for the first time since he lost the championship in controversial circumstances to Max Verstappen in Abu Dhabi on December 12.

Only proves what they did to Lewis last year was wrong..... they corrected the rule book to match what should have happened last year.

Max has something more to prove this year as there will remain that tinge of "Really?" also because of this rule alignment.

Looks like Ferrari will be taking front row of Starting Grid.

Hopefully ferrari got some race pace tomorrow! RB still look strong while merc seems like something is missing.
