Not only here la, you see any atas landed/condo area usually don't have HC within walking distance. People usually need to drive out to eat WTM, or called Grab food la. This is why you can find there are usually few cars per landed/condo house, to cater people staying in the house suddenly have craving to eat HC food or WTM. If only have one car tough to live.
