Smoking will be banned at some parks, beaches, gardens from July onwards

Like any of our other law, there will be no enforcement. 

Maybe enforcement only for the 1st few weeks for wayang, after that no more.

The first thing they should do is to stop those smoking corner in coffee shop. This is a joke when open air park cannot smoke whilst indoor eating areas can.

They lack guts and resolve to get totally rid of smoking from our little island. at the very least no hospital subsidy for smokers with lung/mouth/throat cancers and fine 5k for smoking in prohibited areas. And canning for throwing the cigarette butts. 

NZ already banned people born after certain year from buying cigarette. While at most the millionstars are "monitoring the situation".

First also banned people from walking and smoking, KNN walk behind them really cham.

Hawker center also, remove the smoking area.

But of course, please have proper enforcement lah.

I saw quite a number of coffee shop removed their smoking corners already after renovation. Think more will do that, if not the same group of patrons will hog the seats for long hours.
