West side indeed not many EC. Dont know why also?

Tengah area near to Tengah airbase, i dont find this place is good to stay. But seems like this new town is quite a hype.

The usual flying pattern should be landing at the south end of the runway. So not as noisy as aircraft usually close to idle.

Maybe not from the take-off but my friend staying in Punggol get to hear the routine fly pass from the fighter jets, until got to "get use to it".

People just dun like to mention the unpopular stuff which is so played down. And only discover it upon stay and "get use to it".

Punggol area is after take off from PLAB doing a LH circuit. So getting the roar of afterburner.

And not just F16. 

The twin engine F15 is much more powerful.

But PLAB shifting out soon.

North Gaia at Yishun only 26% sold on launch day... average $1300psf, guess the price and location doesnt fit well for most buyers eventhough it's the first and only EC available on the market now. For the price point maybe Tengah Garden EC might be worth the wait.... 

 

 

wow. 1.3kpsf. i used to live around that area. Symphony suites besides is like not doing very well. Only attractive reason i think is near school. but if want near school, buy the surrounding hdb better.

Depends which part Tengah. The area facing Bukit Batok is fine. Its those in Jurong West, near  sheng shiong, which nears the brunt of 120 decibel f-16s as they reverse thrust into tengah

New Khatib Nature Corridor with new parks & 80km of trails! Wonder this new nature corridor will really have some chance for new MRT to "pass by" as mention in some previous article about the feasibility study of a new line in that area... if so then North Gaia doesnt seems that bad after all... 🤔

Surrounding Hdb already 30+ years old. A cluster of the 6-7 year old flats near junction nine should be within 1km of CF.

Got the above from ST... seems like it's launching soon... saw afew ads on it, wonder will it sellout like the Tengah one??? 🧐 Anyone any idea if it'll be within 1KM of the new ACS in Tengah???? Bukit Batok is near Tengah but it doesn't seems to be that near.....
