Trying Flying Dragon Noodles for the first time at their newly opened Pasir Ris Central HC stall. 

Not bad but portion not filling. 😋😋😋 Chilli Crab one at $16 sold out. Mine is the normal flying dragon, not made friend with chilli and Crab yet so it's $6.

Took photos once in queue. 7.47pm

Collected food at 8.21pm. Food took 15mins to be ready. 

Wild Olives still long queue 😅

Managed to buy a packet to try earlier. 

Sweet n juicy. Read up on it. Non-GMO.

Is most of stall in Pasir Ris Central HC needs to take some time to queue for the food? No stall can get the food ready in less than 8 mins de? 😅

Usually the not so oily, not too salty, not too sweet types. And pale pale looking types.

Under 3 minutes can liao.

While the plastic coated cardboard is nit recyclable, at least the cardboard is from renewal source (tree planted for paper product). Styrofoam is worst among the 2.

And I am concern with the heat resistance property of Styrofoam box, as I have noticed sign of melting when containing fried items straight from the wok or frying pan. Any harmful substances emitted during the process and will we ended up consuming these harmful substances?

They have be using plastic container instead of a proper bowl or plate before open up to live with Covid. 

Now they still not yet return to normal bowl even for dine in?

When I went there last the weekend, all stalls are using disposal container (most using those plastics container without the lid), and about 50% of the stalls are not in operation. Maybe no cleaning services due to not many stall opening, have to use disposable container and utensils?

Char siew and roast chicken rice for Lunch along Pasir Panjang Road. After I am done, there is a queue.

Yes. I counted at least 12 in the queue at 8.21pm when collecting my flying dragon. 

This Noodles stall just open iirc less than a week ago hence the hype to try is strong.

Its relatively ex at $6 and not filling.

Other than the unique presentation, the 2 small prawns, 5 slices of thin lean meat, 6-7 slices of fish cake and a handful of crispy noodle, the dish was surprisingly very mild in taste. One may need to add light sauce to enhance taste. 

May try it's Chilli Crab version, commando chicken wings and hay zo which were all sold out when I was there. 

Or just queue for Wild Olives. More vfm.

This stall long time no go eat. Whe i go to this coffeshop, always wanted to try the cai png stall but ended up still buy from this roasted meat stall. 😂
