682 hg cs. Tis is e 1st time being asked whether i wanted e fried fish pieces to b seperated fr e soup when ordering fish soup. e fried fish pieces end up more like "fish & chips" style w too much batter. Soup is nice, will stick to normal fish slice nxt rd.

Dinner at Al-Hussain Restaurant at Tampines St 81

Masala Dosai is actually $3, not $3.50. Very nice tasty potatoes. Skin of Dosai is not thick, lightly sourish thin with some parts crispy.

I'm always scared when food outside is sourish. Esp those that are bit subtle or is not obviously a dip or you ownself put on, the vinegar or acid is bit mild type. Sometimes who know if real 臭酸 or flavouring lol.

Like just now the coleslaw is slightly sour which is unusual in Singapore though I like the acidity.

Know what u mean.

I am not fond of food that's too sour, bitter (durians are fruits n  excused) and salty. More towards moderate sweet and spicy and of course if vitamin D can be considered. 😅

Thus far the Dosai (Thosai) I have eaten tend to be slightly sour but its the delicious kind. Not cos of turned to vampire, I mean, bad. Can definitely be differentiated but need to put in mouth first to be sure. 😂

Read that it's due to fermentation to the ground rice n what not that's added.

If u adventurous one day, do give it a try. This particular place give very good quality accompanying "sauce or condiments" like dal, coconut-whatever (it's a bit chilled cos usually kept in fridge before serving) and chilli. No overnight taste.

Hope you have a taste one day and will like it too. The potatoes tend to be slightly sweet and mild spice added. Delicious.

Stay safe

Cheers
