I’d say it’s well seasoned and fried. It’s not oily, they definitely really pat dry the meat before coating it and tossing it into the fat fryer. So you don’t get that noticeable soggy feel or taste. Breast meat remains juicy and not dry, if you are particular about that. 

The glazed water melon is interesting and gives a nice contrast to the fried chicken.

The ‘chilli’ sauce dip is effectively a roasted bell pepper, Tabasco like sauce. Nothing to shout about.

But the specs on 118 not too impressive. Probably the basic model was on display, no leg kick sensor for boot. 😂 And torque only 190.

Was at Geylang Baru food centre dabao dinner, was queuing to buy dumpling noodle but one guy never see got people queueing or not and just cut in and ordered straight from the auntie taking order, and the auntie took in this guy order. Oh well, just moved to another stall and dabao and blacklist this stall forever. 🙄
