@Mkl22Sometime..We are so angry with these Road Hoggers...We breakdown...maybe BMW Driver try to overtake this Road Hogger..but his 218i lack of Power..once on the 2nd Lane..also blocked by Slower moving Vehicles.

this one might cause the car to be written off.

1. both airbags

2.radiator, fan and aircon condenser

3. front subframe

4. oil pan  and maybe oil pickup and pump or even engine lower block.

5. bumper

Put those safety features such as blind spot detection, lane departure warning, etc in the car but the driver is a cockanathan also no use.

assuming COE of car is much lower for this car and now sky high, can die negotiate with insurance? As the compensation i think good for older second hand car as most prices had gone up..

Cannot be hit and run la. He stopped his car and steadily walked back and forth, he never "run".

He was checking why the road was so uneven. Fault of LTA la .

It depends on how good ws is.

In this situation, LTA will push it contractors who did job on that hole.

Contractors are covered with public liability insurance.

The difficulty will be to find that contractors.
