Anyone heard of this freelance tuner , The doctor or anyone use his service before? Heard that the queue for this doctor waiting time is in months.....

Forget about whatever doctor or called legend.  Go to a proper ICE shop to do it. Freelancers run away , Blame the whole world except themselves when things go wrong with the work they do to your car.
