This I am not sure. But you can try go to different motor insurers' quotation websites and input the different vehicle models and see if the premium quotes are the same to the same class of cars between Toyota and Honda.

@DOBIEMKZ not bias but based on fact, honda driver are in general more aggressive type thus 'more' accident,   more claim mean higher premium.
