PSA: Cloudflare outage takes down many websites

PSA. If you're experiencing intermittent network issues or timeouts with certain websites or services including sgCarMart and MCF, do not panic, do not cry, do not scold the government just yet 🥴. This is a widespread issue and is affecting many other websites. 

What to do during this downtime? Absolutely nothing. Go make yourself a cuppa and find something interesting to watch on Netflix, that's if Netflix isn't part of the gang too 🙃

Other websites down is OK, not MCF. If MCF is down, 西榴记will not be able to proceed.
