I got charged for Global SMS by Singtel, and they cannot do anything!

If this is true, as a dedicated long time android user and as someone having to handle my other half's iphone technical issues regularly, this a serious dumb way of security check.

Switch from ST to M1 problem solved.

It's an Iphone problem.

That's not logical.

Surely it's an ST problem.

Solved because ST charge me but M1 no charge

 

So problem solve or not leh 🤪

Maybe from those you can narrow down the issue.

 

I cannot find those messages sent in the phone at all.
