how to solve COE volatility? Gov doing the pricing

If this is true, something needs to be done about such unfair practice to the average consumers. 

Anyone can confirm this?

I still have the car with me! it'll turn 1 year old in about 2 weeks' time. been a blast driving it around.

I was lucky, i got it at about 105k; heard the earlier batches got it sub-100k. but i really can't complain looking at how it's being sold at 146k now 🙀
